Every page of your site will be optimized for search engines. There are numerous things taken into consideration when designing a Web site that is user friendly and at the same time search engine friendly. Every page of your site will be given good Title Tags, META Description Tags, and important keyword phrases. • 10 Hour Maintenance Plan– Business Premium includes Ten FREE hours of updates, maintenance, or tech support, which can be used at any time over a 12 month period. Additional or larger maintenance plans are available for an additional fee.

1. The Designer will prepare three unique website template choices based on the clients input regarding colors, design, theme, etc. 2. Creation of Graphical User Interface Creation of a unique graphical interface that will be user-friendly and will support easy navigation throughout the site. We will integrate the GUI with your chosen TEMPLATE. 3. Search Engine Optimization All pages will be coded to ensure cross-browser compatibility. Special emphasis will be placed on setting up keyword META tags with several critical keyword phrases. These phrases will then be incorporated into the content of your pages, which will enhance search engine position. 4. CGI scripting will include contact forms for e-mail and visitor requests for information. Client will provide text. 5. Graphics Package includes up to 20 images. Additional images may be purchased. Client will provide any images they have the rights to use. Designer will supply some stock photos if necessary. Designer will size and optimize images. 6. Upload New Site Developer will upload and test new site on customer's server. 7. Development Guidelines During development, your Web site will be posted on a temporary server for your periodic review and approval. In order to complete your project in a timely manner, we request approval of these stages within 48 hours of your initial review. Once the layout and design are approved, and all material ready, we will have your finished site online within an estimated four to six weeks provided material is received in a timely manner. In the development stage, you can expect the following processes to take place: • Choose one of three unique templates designed according to your specifications • Approval of Site Layout/Design • Approval of Page Background and Artwork • Approval/Verification of all pages and content therein. |
